Position: Sales Engineer - B&I

Education And Qualification

• New Account Development – Construction & Developer Segment
• Degree in Engineering
• Construction and developer industry; TIC (testing, inspection, certification) services relevant to construction
• 3-5 years, with a background in construction/developers and an existing network of developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates or Al Ain
  
  

• Open and penetrate new accounts within the construction and developer segment
• Build and grow relationships with developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates and/or Al Ain
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility of forecasted revenue
• Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with the Technical and Operations teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements
• Support account planning and growth strategy for new developer and consultant accounts
• Strong background in the construction and developer industry
• Good knowledge of, and existing connections with, developers and consultants in the Northern Emirates or Al Ain
• Skilled in new account development and opportunity qualification
