Job Description

A Sales Engineer is a pivotal position within an organization, serving as the bridge between the technical and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.   • Act as a liaison between the customer, product development, and sales teams.
  • Train and educate clients on the technical aspects of the products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports including performance forecasts and market analyses.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Work with marketing to develop strategies that improve product positioning and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or related tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
