Responsibilities

  • Assist clients during the implementation phase, ensuring satisfactory performance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is required.
  • Strong understanding of technical product specifications and features.
  • Proven experience in sales of technical products or services is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proficient in delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adequate troubleshooting skills for viable problem resolution during support sessions.
