About You

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales organization in Middle East and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and building high-performing sales teams, developing strategic sales plans in the most emerging territory, exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment and developing the team.

About The Role

The sales direct will lead at team of around 20 people

The responsibilities will span the entire portfolio of Keysight’s solutions and services from design to installation, covering traditional solutions for RF&MW as well as Keysight’s Networks, Applications and Security (NAS) Business .

This role requires a customer-focused leader and sales professional with deep industry expertise in sector like Aerospace& Defence, Advanced Reserch, cybersecurity and networking solutions and the proven ability to lead the local team from the front.

To achieve the growth objectives, the Sales Director is expected to drive and coach the team in several critical areas:

  • Channel Sales & Account Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Keysight’s network visibility and security solutions within large Enterprise, Service Provider and NEM accounts.
  • Indirect Sales: Develop and execute a strategic indirect sales plan to grow Keysight’s legacy business in AD, EDU, 5 and 6G, AI/DC and Automotive
  • Leadership: Lead a team of sales, channel account managers, and solution engineer, provide coaching and challenge to enable top line growth.
  • New Business Development: Help identify, engage, and close new opportunities with NEM, Service Provider, Enterprise and Public organisations.
  • Customer Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with Procurement, Networking / IT security teams.
  • Channel & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners to drive joint sales efforts and maximize customer reach.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through strategic selling, negotiation, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market requirements to provide customers with cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

  • To constantly drive the team to have a broad approach to selling our complete portfolio through the systematic prospection of their accounts for new solutions, software, and services opportunities.
  • Coaching the team to increase the mix of Software, Solutions & Services.
  • Ensure the account and channel managers can create account and business plans that drive growth and engagement across the Keysight organization.
  • Be a coach to the Account managers in critical negotiations.
  • Coach the team to forecast accurately, to give visibility of upside deals over at least a 6- month period.
  • Coach team to exceed in funnel, opportunity, and deal management.
  • Develop and maintain a network of key customer leaders from across a range of key industry segments
  • Utilize the Keysight Leadership Model to drive a growth mindset across your organisation, create and develop a diverse and inclusive team of enthusiastic winning sales professionals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales management experience in leading teams selling into Service Providers, Enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of selling network testing/security, monitoring, or visibility solutions to large enterprises and service providers.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong channel sales experience, working with VARs, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel within the MEA/CIS regions to support the team and meet customers and partners
