About the Role

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for XTB’s investment products and services. You will lead and develop high-performing sales teams oversee revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships

with key clients and stakeholders.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.


Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Own the sales strategy, forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline quality, conversion, and overall sales performance
  • Lead negotiations and support closing high‑value deals


Team Management

  • Manage and develop the sales team with clear KPIs and performance standards
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen capability and results
  • Implement effective commission and appraisal structures


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key and VIP clients
  • Support senior account managers in complex or strategic cases
  • Prepare tailored proposals based on market trends and client needs


Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee sales operations, reporting, and compliance
  • Ensure CRM discipline and smooth cooperation with onboarding teams
  • Provide structured market and client insights to leadership


Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years in brokerage, trading, or financial services
  • 2+ years leading sales teams
  • Proven record of strong sales performance and revenue delivery


Skills

  • Strong leadership and people‑management abilities
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with demonstrated sales success
  • Advanced analytical, planning, and decision‑making capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities
  • Fluent English and Arabic


Preferred

  • In‑depth knowledge of derivatives (futures, CFDs, options)
  • Understanding of international financial markets, including OTC products
  • Proactive, confident, and results‑driven leadership style
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Structured, process‑driven, and team‑oriented approach
