Job Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role will involve developing sales strategies, setting targets, and driving new business development initiatives. The Sales Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities in the market. In addition, this role will involve analyzing sales data, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements to ensure sales objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and expansion.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with key clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continually improve sales performance and processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and leadership.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
