Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across UAE and GCC markets.
Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail chain partnerships.
Develop new business opportunities with pet stores, veterinary channels, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.
Build and execute annual sales and channel development plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to accelerate brand growth.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in pet food, pet care, distribution, or retail.
Strong network within UAE pet retail, distributors, wholesalers, or modern trade channels.
Experience managing international brands and channel partners.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
UAE experience is must
