The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets client base in the MENA Region. The incumbent will be required to handle the day-to-day tasks associated with the role such as generating leads, analyzing and assessing market trends, networking with potential clients, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sales teams are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in the local market with a wide B2B network and channels.
  • Solid written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with respective stake holders.
  • Intimate knowledge of key forex broker operation processes (5+ years).
  • Proactive manager with a business owner mentality.


Job Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Hire top-sales talents to drive business growth. Coach and improve the staff to ensure the best quality of service delivered to partners/clients.
  • Monthly and quarterly review of the sales performance. Sales Promotion design and rollout.
  • Assist in negotiations & presentations for Top prospect clients/partners.

Marketing

  • Assem and manage the marketing strategies, to make sure the customized campaigns will reach the targeted audience.
  • Conduct and collaborate with cross-functional teams, to identify strategies of competitors and market trends.
  • Attend and contribute to HQ marketing campaign, to ensure the alignment between offices.
