What We're Looking For
Zebra Technologies is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Director to lead our Middle East operations. This Sales Management role is based in Dubai, with direct responsibility for Sales Managers and wider sales teams across the region (including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).
You will act as a strategic leader, driving go-to-market and operational improvements that deliver measurable results. Embodying the "One Zebra" mindset, you will prioritise collective success over individual achievement, serving as a strong coach who enables others to achieve exceptional sales success.
Note: This role is focused purely on the Middle East and GCC. You will be based in Dubai.
