Finkraft is a fintech SaaS company building a Finance Operating System for Travel & Hospitality. We help large enterprises and ecosystem players manage invoicing, indirect taxes, payments, reconciliation, and compliance through deep, domain-led platforms.

As hotel and travel systems evolve across PMS, CRS, payments, invoicing, and e-invoicing mandates, Finkraft is building products that sit at the intersection of hotel operations, finance, and regulatory compliance.


Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Dubai/UAE who will drive top-of-funnel activities through a mix of outbound prospecting and in-person meetings.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for lead generation, qualification, stakeholder identification, and setting up discovery meetings for Finkraft’s senior sales and management team.

This role requires someone comfortable meeting prospects physically, navigating large organizations, and identifying the right finance, IT, and operations stakeholders within hospitality, travel, and large enterprise setups.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Prospecting, Outreach & Field Engagement

  • Identify ideal customer profiles and build outreach lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and local networks.

  • Run structured email, LinkedIn, and calling cadences to engage CXO-level and decision-maker prospects.

  • Maintain high outbound activity levels (60–80 touches/day across channels).

  • Plan and conduct in-person meetings across Dubai/UAE to identify the correct stakeholders within target organizations.

Qualification, Stakeholder Mapping & Discovery Setup

  • Conduct quick qualification (BANT / budget-owner-fit) via calls, emails, and physical meetings.

  • Identify the right finance, IT, and operations stakeholders and align the next meeting with Finkraft seniors/management.

  • Schedule discovery/demo meetings with relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure MoM (Minutes of Meeting) is documented and shared internally on the same day as the meeting.

Sales Collaboration & CRM Hygiene

  • Coordinate closely with sales managers for seamless hand-off and feedback loops.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data in Zoho CRM with proper tagging of source, status, meeting notes, and stakeholder mapping.

  • Track and report key KPIs: calls/day, connects, meetings booked, meeting quality, and stakeholder relevance.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDE, or Inside Sales/Field Sales role in a SaaS or tech company.

    • Prior experience working in the UAE market, with a proven track record of setting up 2–3 qualified meetings daily.

    • Prior exposure to large corporates, travel agencies, and hospitality sector.

    • Exposure to finance-tech / ERP / compliance / PMS / hotel systems is a strong advantage.

    • Confident communicator with strong phone presence, LinkedIn outreach skills, and ability to handle in-person meetings.

    • High ownership, hustle, and persistence mindset to break into enterprise accounts.

    • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce) and sales automation platforms (Outreach, Apollo).
