We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately driving new business for Qureos.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and identify potential leads
Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
Keep accurate records of all communication with leads in our CRM system
Provide regular updates and reports on your performance and progress to the sales manager
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation strategies
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
