Drive Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Generate and close B2C sales across channels (retail, online, events).
Market Development: Identify and target new customer segments to grow the brand's consumer base.
Partnership Development: Build relationships with sports clubs, gyms, fitness influencers, and events to drive brand visibility and sales.
Sales Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and feedback mechanisms.
Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to optimize sales strategies.
Event Participation: Represent the brand at sports expos, tournaments, or sponsored events to boost awareness and drive on-site sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand strategy and customer expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the sports, lifestyle, or retail industry.
Strong passion for sports and fitness; knowledge of the industry trends is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
