Key Responsibilities

As our Sales Development Representative in the UAE, you’ll help LEGALFLY grow its presence in the Gulf region. You’ll work closely with our Dubai based Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

• Outbound prospecting – Identify high-potential law firms and enterprise accounts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia; drive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Lead qualification & nurturing – Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel.
• Pipeline development – Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
• Regional insight – Monitor trends and insights in the local legal sector to inform our GTM strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.
  
  

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

• Are fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect) and English .
• Are based in Dubai and can work from our Dubai AI Campus office.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development
• Have experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in tech / SaaS, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Have hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like Hubspot and Salesforce and email automation platforms .
• Have a proven ability in cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification .
• Are hungry to develop your career at LEGALFLY, for example, into a Sales or Marketing role
• Are smart, inquisitive and possess strong emotional intelligence .
