Job Description

The Sales & Customer Service Representative (18D25) plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the company and its customers. This position requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in both sales and customer service to drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and providing top-notch service to clients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and handle customer issues effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
