  • Handle requests for information following company procedures and policies.
  • Assist in the development of promotional content and sales campaigns to boost customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adept at building strong relationships with customers and team members alike.
