SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team, customers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Process and follow up on sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Monitor daily sales activities, orders, stock availability, and delivery status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, pricing, and product data.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, returns, and customer complaints.
• Support the sales team with quotations, price lists, promotions, and product information.
• Track sales targets, achievements, and performance by salesperson, route, customer, channel, or territory.
• Assist in monitoring van sales and route sales activities where applicable.
• Maintain proper documentation and update data in the ERP/SAP system.
• Support the Sales Manager with reports, presentations, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication between the sales team and other departments.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales coordination and order management processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP, or similar software.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• UAE experience is preferred.
