Job Description

  • Sales Pipeline Visibility & CRM Adoption
  • Monitor and report the number of weekly new leads generated by each salesperson.
  • Identify and highlight sales opportunities that have not been recorded in the CRM system.
  • Measure and report the response time between customer inquiries and submission of IPP quotations, salesperson-wise.
  • Monitor CRM activities and raise NCRs, requesting Root Cause (RC) analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), for leads with no interaction for more than two weeks to prevent relationships from becoming dormant.
  • Generate customer-wise and salesperson-wise reports on dormant customers and analyze trends.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and report the percentage of opportunities classified as ICP.
  • Track and report ICP sales as a percentage of total sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and visit various market segments to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Sales Administration Support
  • Coordinate sales meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and monitor the closure of action items.
  • Develop and maintain the annual leave plan for the sales team.
  • Coordinate and track quarterly KRA reviews for the sales department.
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Track Service NCRs and monitor response times against agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Track Service CCRs and monitor response times against agreed SLAs.
  • Review customer complaint mailboxes regularly and raise service-related NCRs or CCRs for any deviations from service standards.
  • Follow up daily with concerned departments to ensure timely closure of RC and CAPA actions.
  • Present weekly MIS reports highlighting trends, open cases, repeated cases, and improvement opportunities.
  • Marketing Coordination
  • Develop and maintain the annual social media campaign calendar.
  • Prepare and manage the annual exhibition participation calendar.
  • Ensure all brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials (print and digital) are current and readily available.
  • Coordinate content creation, video production, and photoshoots with external service providers.
  • Coordinate the design, development, and commercialization activities related to exhibition booths.
  • Facilitate monthly technical and sales vlogs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate quarterly updates to the company website, social media platforms, and digital profiles with the technical and sales teams.
  • Coordinate gifting initiatives for special occasions such as Eid, Diwali, and Christmas in collaboration with Sales and Purchase departments.
  • Regularly monitor the company's Google business page to identify and report any unauthorized images.
  • Monitor online reviews and company presence across platforms including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Coordinate with marketing service providers and ERP partners to ensure bi-weekly or monthly CRM-based newsletters are prepared and distributed.

Key Expectations

Ensure data accuracy and discipline in CRM usage.

Drive timely closure of NCRs and CCRs through proactive follow-up.

Maintain effective coordination between Sales, Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and external

stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and reporting
