Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator – Industrial Technology Products & System Solutions to support sales, customers, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams across a wide range of industrial products and integrated system solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates with a foundation in electrical or electrical engineering, combined with practical working knowledge of mechanical and general industrial products. The candidate will support order processing, technical coordination, documentation, and customer communication for multi-discipline industrial solutions.

The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination capability, and technical awareness, including a basic understanding of electric motors, electrical equipment, and associated mechanical components, along with familiarity with commercial terms and logistics coordination involved in order execution.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Sales & Order Coordination

  • Process sales orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, part numbers, and documentation
  • Coordinate the full order lifecycle with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, logistics, and finance teams
  • Act as the coordination bridge to ensure customer requirements, specifications, and timelines are clearly communicated and aligned across all stakeholders
  • Track order status and ensure timely execution, delivery, and closure


Electrical Product & Technical Support

  • Support sales activities related to electric motors, electrical equipment, and industrial system solutions
  • Review basic electrical specifications, motor data and documentation
  • Assist in technical clarification and coordination with suppliers and OEMs


Customer & After-Sales Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and coordination
  • Support after-sales follow-ups, issue resolution, and documentation handling
  • Maintain professional and long-term customer relationships


Documentation, CRM & Reporting

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, technical documentation, and system evaluation records
  • Log, track, and manage all incoming inquiries in CRM / ERP systems, ensuring visibility of status, timelines, and ownership
  • Generate sales, inquiry, and performance reports and provide structured status updates to management and sales teams


Sales Team Enablement

  • Provide structured administrative and coordination support to the sales team
  • Assist with meeting coordination, internal follow-ups, and documentation flow
  • Maintain updated sales materials, presentations, and product documentation


Product & Market Support

  • Develop working knowledge of industrial technology products and system solutions
  • Collect customer and market feedback to support sales activities and strategy alignment


Candidate Profile


Education & Background

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related background
  • Candidates with electrical technical foundations are highly preferred


Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or technical coordination roles
  • Prior exposure to industrial sales environments is considered an advantage


Technical & Professional Skills

  • Basic working knowledge of electric motors (types, ratings, applications, efficiency classes)
  • Good understanding of mechanical and general industrial products
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM / ERP systems is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with commercial terms and Incoterms is an added benefit
  • Comfortable using digital tools and AI platforms (including ChatGPT)
