Job Description

The Sales Coordinator II is a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for supporting the sales function to achieve business objectives. As an integral part of the sales department, you will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales processes. Your adept organizational skills and keen attention to detail will facilitate the smooth progression of sales activities. You will contribute by coordinating sales duties, analyzing data, and efficiently managing sales resources. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and support the achievement of sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Facilitate communication between sales representatives and management teams.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Maintain and update accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Ensure smooth operational execution through resource allocation and planning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Organize and attend sales meetings and related networking events.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics for promotional activities and product launches.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for efficient teamwork.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
