Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator II, you'll be a vital part of our sales team, coordinating and overseeing sales operations to ensure smooth and effective business processes. You'll be responsible for supporting the sales team in order processing, customer relationship management, and administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between the company and its clients, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with various departments and provide strategic insights to improve sales performance. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department effectively.
  • Coordinate sales team activities to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between sales representatives and clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and organize sales meetings, presentations, and events with precision.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a robust customer database for efficient sales operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and product delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
