The Sales Coordinator - Arabic Speaker is a pivotal role in the expanding operations of our company, serving as the bridge between our sales team and management for effective communication and streamlined processes. As an integral part of the sales team, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting in daily operations and activities related to the sales department, ensuring optimal performance and achievement of targets. The role requires fluency in Arabic, making it essential for managing communications with a diverse client base. You will be tasked with supporting sales initiatives, maintaining excellent customer relations, and promoting sales strategies that align with our company’s objectives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets by processing sales-related paperwork.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to manage expectations and satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to the sales management team.
  • Manage and update customer database with detailed and accurate information.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate communication within the sales team to address operational challenges.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate these to the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and scheduling meetings.
  • Track sales results, trends, and feedback to contribute to strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales support or sales operations, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, manage time efficiently, and solve problems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
