Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at our dynamic organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales team operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating the sales operations, maintaining regular contact with key clients, and managing communication between the sales team and other departments. This position requires a high degree of organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. You will assist with the preparation of sales reports, handle customer inquiries, and ensure that the sales processes flow seamlessly. You will be working closely with the sales team to support them in achieving their targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain organized records of sales team activities and customer interactions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales team members and other departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports and forecasts.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and solving issues.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings and brain-storming sessions effectively.
  • Support the sales team in order processing and managing sales documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for sales activities.
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients seamlessly.
  • Keep abreast of new company products and services, and educate the sales team.
  • Participate in industry events and promote products to generate sales leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, face-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle complex customer needs.
