Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales department in its day-to-day operations. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that enable our team to reach its sales targets. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating sales activities, and working closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales processes to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage client accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and presentations for the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of client information in sales databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Liaise with finance and other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in preparing performance reports and analysis.
  • Facilitate communication between sales representatives and clients for effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and address potential areas for improvement in sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
