Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing crucial support to the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role facilitates communication between the sales department and clients, manages sales accounts, and handles administrative duties that contribute to the overall success of the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A Sales Coordinator should be adept at problem-solving and eager to improve efficiency in sales processes while providing superior service to both internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities by organizing schedules and meetings to enhance workflow.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and developments in real-time.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior management regularly.
  • Ensure all sales documents and records are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Track sales targets and report monthly results to the sales team leaders.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to keep the sales team informed of industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
  • Identify process improvements and implement new strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the agreed time limits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or relevant support role required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce needed.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
