Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is an essential asset to our sales team, contributing significantly to our company's success. This role involves coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth and effective processes. The Sales Coordinator acts as a bridge between customers, sales teams, and other departments, facilitating communication and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and streamlined sales operations. A successful Sales Coordinator must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work. This position requires someone who is professional, customer service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. By managing and organizing all sales-related activities, the Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in maximizing sales productivity and enhancing client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software with current information.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to improve overall efficiency.
  • Track sales leads and collaborate on follow-ups to ensure conversion to sales.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to stay competitive.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or sales coordination role is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various sales tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is critically required.
