Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is an integral part of the sales team, responsible for managing and arranging the schedules and communications for the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Communicate with clients and sales team to align on project objectives.
  • Track sales inquiries and complaints and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional campaigns and sales presentations.
  • Maintain sales records, organize meeting schedules, and update client databases.
  • Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Handle agenda and travel arrangements for sales team members as required.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports to keep management informed of sales metrics.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and client submissions are accurately filed.
  • Coordinate training sessions and follow up on training progress with team members.
  • Monitor and restock sales team equipment and promotional materials as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team for special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
