Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales materials, and handling customer inquiries. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the sales database, tracking sales data, and maintaining customer relationships by addressing their needs effectively. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and be an excellent communicator. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage sales schedules to ensure effective time management.
  • Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and relationships consistently.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
  • Track sales data and updates to maintain the integrity of our sales database.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments effectively.
  • Compile and analyze sales reports to help identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all sales documentation and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings with clients or prospects.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and understanding of sales principles preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and company success.
