Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a vital link in our sales team, ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. Positioned at the intersection between the customer, the sales team, and other departments, the Sales Coordinator helps to keep sales operations organized and effective. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing sales presentations, creating and tracking sales documents, and coordinating with logistics and customer service to ensure that customer expectations are met. A successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records with the latest information.
  • Follow up on sales leads and report progress to sales management.
  • Coordinate order processing and handle administrative requirements accurately.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and sales forecasts as required.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales team operations.
  • Assist the sales team in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings and document critical insights and actions needed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels required for sales objectives.
  • Support marketing activities related to promotional sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support or a coordination role required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
