Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a point of contact for our clients and help manage their queries and requests. You will need excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department by ensuring a seamless operational process and enhancing customer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure seamless operation and communication.
  • Manage scheduling and prioritization of sales meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the processing of orders and coordinate with production for timely delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations and materials to clients.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems accurately.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  • Assist in training new sales staff on sales strategies and administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
  • Organize trade shows, sales meetings, and promotional events to increase engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar sales role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client management and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges and tasks.
