Job Description

The Sales Coordinator 04N25 plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves close coordination with sales managers, clients, and internal departments to streamline operations, provide comprehensive administrative support, and assist in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing client requests, updating sales records, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations. This role is pivotal in shaping customer satisfaction and is integral to maintaining a cohesive team environment that fosters business growth and client retention.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documents, contracts, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and update records regularly for reporting.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and events to facilitate sales activities.
  • Assist in tracking sales KPIs and compiling reports for management review.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain transparent communication channels.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals with relevant data.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve sales promotions.
  • Monitor and manage sales expenses to remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales efficiencies and outcomes.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilities to drive results.
