The Sales Coordinator, holding a pivotal role in our organization, is responsible for managing the smooth operation of the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and trends, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments within the company.
  • Manage customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, workshops, and other activities for the sales team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating team activities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
