Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team in achieving its goals and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departmental functions.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the sales department.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, such as contracts and promotional collateral.
  • Monitor sales progress and generate detailed reports for management assessment.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Track and manage inventory of sales materials and promotional items.
  • Support team members by providing administrative assistance and documentation.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to assist clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
