Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Dubai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting new prospective learners into enrolled students by managing the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and needs analysis to program presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.

This role is highly target-driven and suited for candidates who are motivated by KPIs, commissions, bonuses, and measurable sales performance. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment where success is based on activity levels, lead conversion, revenue generation, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting new leads, conducting consultations, presenting suitable English programs, managing objections, closing enrollments, and maintaining detailed follow-up records in the CRM. The Sales Consultant will be expected to report clearly on daily activity, pipeline status, tasks completed, next steps, and conversion progress.

This role requires a proactive sales mindset. The candidate must be comfortable with cold calling, outbound follow-up, direct customer engagement, and converting new clients. The focus of the role is new student acquisition and revenue growth, rather than account management or administrative support.

The Sales Consultant will work closely with the center team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new learners while maintaining ownership of sales results, pipeline management, and individual performance targets. The role may also involve participation in center events, outreach activities, open days, and local initiatives to generate leads and increase enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert new leads into enrolled students through consultations, follow-up, and professional sales closing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, conversion goals, and revenue expectations.
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective learners and recommend suitable Wall Street English programs.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to enrollment.
  • Make outbound calls, follow up with inquiries, re-engage cold leads, and actively generate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM, including calls, tasks, notes, follow-up dates, lead status, and sales progress.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting on sales activity, pipeline movement, conversion rates, and target achievement.
  • Stay focused on new client acquisition and student enrollment growth.
  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward a clear enrollment decision.
  • Work professionally with walk-in customers, phone inquiries, online leads, and referral opportunities.
  • Participate in center activities, events, and outreach initiatives to support lead generation and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Academic teams to ensure enrolled students are properly onboarded.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, enrollment, business development, or customer-facing consulting roles.
  • Strong ability to meet sales targets, manage KPIs, and work in a performance-based environment.
  • Comfortable with commission, bonus incentives, and results-based earning potential.
  • Motivated more by sales growth, performance, and earning opportunity than by fixed base salary alone.
  • Strong closing ability with confidence in handling objections and asking for the sale.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales activity, follow-up calls, and direct customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create a professional and welcoming experience for prospective learners.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize leads, and follow up consistently.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and tasks.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and accountable for daily activity reporting.
  • Experience in education, training, language learning, recruitment, real estate, banking, hospitality sales, or other service-based sales environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.

This person should be comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales culture, reporting daily activity in detail, and taking full ownership of personal sales results.
