Job Overview:
AB Fitness Gym is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new memberships, conducting club tours, following up with leads, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness services.
• Contact and follow up with prospective members through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct facility tours and explain membership options and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and member interactions.
• Assist with membership renewals and retention activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
