Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant specializing in Electronics B2B sales to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will leverage their in-depth knowledge of electronic products and industry trends to drive sales and establish strong relationships with business clients. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, increasing sales revenue, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions to match their business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential business clients in the industry.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and benefit.
  • Provide clients with support and guidance regarding product information and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Organize and attend industry events and trade shows to network with clients.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints and issues to maintain service quality.
  • Train and provide mentoring to junior sales staff to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years experience in B2B electronics sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electronics products and industry trends is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
