Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the company's products and prospective clients. Your main focus will be on driving the sales process by understanding and demonstrating the value proposition of our offerings, identifying client needs, and closing deals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company’s products and services.
  • Identify prospective clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about the benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and sales presentations tailored to client specifications.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent month-to-month basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company’s offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management about market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge to boost sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when necessary.
