  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Participate in training initiatives to stay updated on the latest sales techniques and product developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with agility.
