Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inquiries, cold calls, and networking events.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close sales effectively with clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention over time.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales techniques and strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to build brand presence.
  • Maintain database records of sales activities, collaborations, and client information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of sales experience, particularly in the relevant industry sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills to close sales deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required for efficiency.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and sales presentations.
