  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas set by the sales manager.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and contribute to team strategies.
  • Assess customer feedback and improve sales and service techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a sales consultant or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex sales deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze sales data effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to exceed set sales goals.
