Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients to achieve sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain an edge in the market.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand business relationships.
  • Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the industry and market trends to effectively drive sales.
