Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the central hub between sales representatives, management, and clients, facilitating communication and streamlining processes. Your role involves supporting sales functions, managing documentation, and coordinating sales activities to enhance team productivity. You will assist in planning and executing sales strategies, analyzing data and trends, and providing critical support to the sales team. With your proactive approach and keen attention to detail, you will help drive the sales process from initiation to delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.
  • Prepare and organize sales documentation, reports, and client correspondence.
  • Facilitate communications between sales representatives, management, and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage client queries and escalate issues to relevant sales personnel.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the client database systems.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other sales-related events.
  • Support sales team with product information and logistical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Oversee the timely processing of customer orders and delivery scheduling.
  • Help identify areas of improvement in sales processes and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
