Responsibilities

  • FEMALES Only ( Asian Preferred)
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and honesty.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and tagging of products on shelves.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply and restocking needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock records accurately.
  • Report discrepancies and track inventory changes to management promptly.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of promotional displays and signage.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring store standards are met.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery and operational skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales and cash handling is required.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
