Job Description

As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in driving growth through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing customer relationships.   • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is expected.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
