Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territories.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to increase company revenue.
  • Monitor market competition and devise effective strategies to stay ahead.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management on sales activities.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools is essential.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
