About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will own the in-store customer experience and contribute directly to sales performance for a premium teenage apparel brand. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, recommend relevant products, and build trust through confident, age-appropriate styling advice. You will also protect the brand’s retail standards by maintaining product presentation, supporting replenishment, and keeping the store environment organized and inviting. Success means converting interactions into purchases, encouraging repeat visits, and helping establish a strong local reputation as the brand launches in Dubai. You will work closely with the store team to deliver consistent service, share customer insights, and respond quickly to changing priorities. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings energy, commercial awareness, and genuine interest in fashion and youth culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer interactions from greeting through purchase, using active listening and thoughtful recommendations to improve conversion, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
• Translate customer preferences into relevant product and styling suggestions, helping teenage shoppers and families make confident decisions while protecting the premium brand experience.
• Deliver daily sales results by understanding targets, tracking personal performance, and adjusting selling approaches according to customer response, product availability, and store priorities.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product organization, fitting-room readiness, and replenishment standards so the store consistently communicates quality and supports efficient customer journeys.
• Build product knowledge across collections, sizes, fits, materials, and care guidance, using that knowledge to answer questions accurately and strengthen customer trust.
• Capture customer feedback and recurring needs, sharing useful insights with the store team to improve assortment understanding, service routines, and local market relevance.
• Support opening and closing routines, stock accuracy, cashier processes, and operational controls, ensuring reliable execution without compromising customer engagement.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to engage teenagers, parents, and diverse shoppers in a warm, respectful, and commercially effective way.
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand needs, recommend products, handle objections, and contribute consistently to store revenue and customer retention.
• Genuine interest in fashion, youth culture, styling, and premium retail, combined with the curiosity to learn collections, product details, and brand standards quickly.
• Reliable operational discipline, including attention to visual presentation, stock handling, transactions, punctuality, and following store procedures accurately.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment, taking feedback positively and maintaining energy during busy trading periods.
• Basic comfort with point-of-sale systems, digital tools, stock processes, and performance metrics, with willingness to learn the company’s systems and routines.
• Professional spoken English and clear customer communication; additional languages commonly used in Dubai retail are advantageous.
