Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, and help achieve store sales targets while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• English proficiency (Arabic or other languages are a plus in the UAE)
