Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will help to fuel Third Bridges growth through new client acquisition. This is a great opportunity to build a foundation in sales and develop business acumen and lead generation skills. The SDR partners with a VP Sales to support the entire new client acquisition process. This role is a stepping stone for a career in frontline sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and map institutional investment leads in the Middle East (sovereign wealth, private equity, public equity, and credit funds), identifying contacts and raising awareness of Third Bridge.
Sales Support:
Cold call, email, and use tools like LinkedIn to secure and coordinate meetings for Sales Representatives, including preparing materials and managing logistics.
Document client interactions and activities in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), ensuring process transparency.
Expertise:
Contribute to quarterly territory plans, aligning with the investment market to hit quota.
Apply industry expertise and market intelligence to deliver impactful solutions.
Understand and articulate Third Bridge’s value proposition to the institutional investment landscape.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with key stakeholders of prospects to cultivate lasting partnerships.
Client Focus: Deeply understand each clients investment focus and objectives for personalized engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance/Business).
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally covering investment institutions or B2B. Financial services/private equity experience is a plus.
Core Competencies:
Proven lead generation via cold calling and prospecting tools.
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce.com
Proficiency in managing and forecasting sales pipelines (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Proven ability to quickly establish phone relationships and deliver valuable, strategic business insights.
A demonstrated aptitude for consultative sales, problem-solving, and developing customer-centric solutions.
Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated with a verifiable track record of achieving sales goals.
Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Arabic is a plus, not required.
