Job Description

A Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the success of retail operations by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customer demographics.
  • Adept at using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in sales tasks.
