  • Assist in the management of inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Keep the store presentable, tidy, and meeting organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and processes.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and sales strategies.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and sales techniques.
  • Use point-of-sale systems to process cash transactions and handle customer data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
