  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and reinforce team strategy.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management promptly.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions and customer data processing.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and efficiency within the store.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent education qualification.
  • Previous sales experience in retail or a similar customer-focused industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and retail software applications proficiently.
